4 Questions To Ask Yourself Before You Post Anything Else On Social Media!
1. Am I just pushing the product/service or am I highlighting what's in it for the customer (i.e. the value)?
Always highlight the value to the customer!
2. Am I talking about myself or am I telling the customer's story (what they're feeling/what they want to feel, and want to achieve)?
You win when you can understand the customer's story and reflect it back to them.
3. Am I using the right images and colors to appeal to my potential customers?
Images and colors play an important role in communicating emotions, which by the way are what humans use to make decisions. What emotions are you tapping into?
4. Can I incorporate reviews and testimonials (social proof) to build trust and influence potential customers?
People like to do what they see others doing, so use that to your advantage!
